Coaching and Consulting Services.

Please carefully read the Terms of Use before purchasing and using any coaching services such as 1:1 coaching, workshops, consultations, demonstrations, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). The Program and its content are owned by Nourished Matrescence.

Definitions:

  • Company & Coach: Refers to Elisa Henry Morton and Nourished Matrescence.

  • Participant: Refers to the purchaser and person using the Program.

  • Program: Refers to all coaching services provided.

Consent:

By purchasing or using the Program, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the linked Medical Disclaimer.

Services Provided:

The Program includes coaching services designed to assist you in achieving specific personal or professional results. These services are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.

Fees and Payment:

  • The fee for the Coaching Series is either a one-time payment of GBP £2,400 or 3 monthly instalments of GBP £850 (total GBP £2,550).

  • You will receive invoices via email, payable upon receipt. In case of late payment, access to the Program may be suspended until payment is received.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your participation within the first week of the program, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees.

  • After the first week, if you decide to discontinue the program, you remain responsible for the payment of the full program fee.

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session.

Arbitration and Governing Law:

  • This agreement and any dispute arising out of the services provided will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Confidentiality:

All interactions and communications with the Coach are confidential. Records are kept securely and are disposed of in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Data Protection:

Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This document outlines the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

Coaching Commitment:

Your commitment to the coaching process and to implementing the strategies discussed is crucial to your success. You understand that results depend on your own effort and engagement with the process.

Liability:

The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the Program.

Amendments:

These Terms of Use may be amended from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted on our website.
